Green Marinade


1 handful of spinach

½ an apple pitted and cubed

1 tsp Fehmalee’s Kitchen White Meat & Seafood Seasoning

1 ½ tsp Fehmalee’s Kitchen Base Seasoning

½ garlic

¼ onion

½ tsp extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup of water


Combine all the ingredients in a blender or pestle & mortar, blend or hand grind to create a smooth silky paste. Coat meat (marinade overnight) or veggies (marinade for 1 hour) then cook as desired.
