Blackberry & Pomegranate Marinade

Here is another great marinade to try on your meat, fish and veggies.


3/4 cup of raspberry or pomegranate vinegar, 11/2 tsp Fehmalee’s Kitchen Base Seasoning, 2 stacks of thinly sliced scallion/ spring onion, 1 clove of garlic- pureed, 1 medium onion thinly sliced, 2 cup of blackberries, 1 cup of sweet pomegranate seeds, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 11/2 tsp Fehmalee’s Kitchen Flavour Enhancer, 1tsp grated fresh ginger, 2 tbsp balsamic glaze, 1 tbsp light soy sauce. 1 tsp honey or agave necter.


In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend to combine to create a paste. If paste is too thick, just add a small amount of water at a time to loosen.
