Red Pepper Marinade

This marinade is great on just about any meat and veggies. A must try.


1 organic carrot finely grated, 1 bunch of fresh cilantro leaves roughly chopped, 11/2 tsp Fehmalee’s Kitchen Base Seasoning, 2 stacks of thinly sliced scallion/ spring onion, 1 clove of garlic- pureed, 1 medium onion thinly sliced, 4-5 red peppers thinly sliced, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 11/2 tsp Fehmalee’s Kitchen Flavour Enhancer, 1tsp grated fresh ginger, 1 cup fresh pineapple juice.


In a food processor add all the ingredients except pineapple juice and blend to combine. Pour pineapple juice in increments until ingredients becomes a paste.
