Flavoured Water


No picnic is complete without water. I know for some it's a pain to drink but, it does the body good. Here is a nice way to jazz up water and is a great metabolism booster.

Ingredients: (wash ingredients before slicing)

1 gallon of water, 1 lemon sliced, 1/2 grapefruit sliced, 1/2'' slice fresh ginger, 6 slices of fresh cucumber, 1 sprig of mint (optional)

Instructions:

In whatever container you are carrying you water in, Add all the ingredients to water (do not squeeze the juices from the fruits) and allow to infuse for 1 hour.
