Jamaican Island Tiger Prawns

My island prawns makes a lovely starter and a great icebreaker for awkward dinner parties (I've had my fair share). This delicious dish is packed with flavour and could second as a main course possibly a 3rd or 4th date dish. It's a ''get your hands dirty'' food as you will be removing the shell (a major flavour component) and more importantly it's an aphrodisiac.

Ingredients: 1lbs Tiger Prawns (de-veined), 2tbsp Fehmalee's Kitchen island Seasoning, 1tbsp Soy Sauce, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Water

In a bowl add island seasoning, soy sauce, olive oil, water and stir to combine. Marinade prawns in mixture and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Thread the prawns on skewers or evenly line in grill basket. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or until prawns are cooked (pink) then serve with a wedge of lemon or lime.
